Certified Home Assessment and Modification Professional

CHAMP Certification: In order to be designated as a CHAMP certified contractor the following must be completed:

1. Attend and complete CHAMP training course
2. Successfully pass the on-line exam following the training program
3. Apply for designation - Back ground check will be completed and references will be required
4. Provide proof of license and insurance
5. Acceptance interview
